@sleepyv I have heard nothing about what is going on :( all they said is that their system said it’s been dispatched but there’s no tracking and they don’t know. I paid £20 for the express tracked service, it feels they are really aren’t being honest with their customers, I’m so upset and they aren’t even opening my messages but still being active on here. It’s just so rude and disappointing

No one is answering my emails and I’m actually so disappointed to read so many peoples comments who are complaining too.. I paid £20 extra for express delivery as I needed my boots in 1-3 days as I have a flight at the end of this week and moving out this house so will not be here to sign for the package. Why accept people’s money when you clearly do not have the stock.

@aluunhi right? Like be TRANSPARENT with us, @lazyoaf ! If it's a problem with yall, say so! If it's a problem with Whistl or whoever is sending us our packages? Say so! I never order stuff from overseas. Last time I did was from China and it was a pain in the butt just to get STICKERS but atleast they responded! ?

@xoxo.saniyahh I’m actually more upset by the fact I’m being ignored, about to lose £170 because I trusted their word about express delivery and expected shipping times. Physically won’t be here to receive my parcel (if it actually exists). I actually do not understand how a company cannot function simple things such as calculating their stock numbers.

@sleepyv ive been looking all over lazy oaf to see if someone from the US had a similar issue ? i doubt ours will get refunded since its already halfway shipped but dang how long is it gonna be held? I emailed them too so i hope its just a massive delay but they should speak up about it ? i hope you get yours soon as well! ?

Please work on your customer service. I want to see you thrive as a company so take this as constructive criticism and please help a girl out! My package was delivered wide open with the one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered missing. I’ve connected customer service and dmed you but haven’t Had a reply.
