blueoceanad Super disappointed that mine came damaged and i have to send the palette back or only get a $5 refund?! Smh I paid for than that in shipping! Honestly the company I work for would never asked for the damaged product back and most certainly we would send out a new item or refund the whole order. baby_im_yours___ I ordered on the 21st.... confirmation email at 12:10 pm cst. 10 minutes after launch I was checked out and paid. It’s been 11 days, no updates at all, emailed a couple times and absolutely no response! I am such a fan of yours @jeffreestar That’s why I have been this patient.... but it’s running thin!!!!!! rach3lwilt @jodiesutherland_ but yet the email says every order will ship out by the 4th haha yeah right if I had a company I would want my orders to get out before my affiliate stores just saying I was hoping to use the palette for the 4th of July I planned out my whole outfit and makeup around the palette I guess that isn’t gonna happen now :/

blackharvest13 @__dippin_dot_ we are complaining because it's not cheap and it's well past what we keep getting told to wait... never had this issue before and I've bought from the last 4 launches. When I spent nearly $200 on the 21st and it still hasnt shipped to this day I have full right to be upset and complain.

blackharvest13 @__dippin_dot_ I know this but explain to me how people who ordered from his site on the 23rd have their pallets and people who ordered on the 21st dont? ? also its waaayyyy past what his faqs and email qouted for a wait period. He obviously needs more ALOT more staff for launches.

stisti24 Glade to know everyone is having issues with @jeffreestarcosmetics processing system. My neighbor got her 3 days before mine was shipped and I even ordered mine before her! Absolutely ridiculous! Y’all need to fix this problem. This has happened the last TWO times I have ordered.
