Last July I was lost, incredibly depressed, barely able to get out of bed and trying my best to put on a brave face. I was frustrated that I wasn’t getting better any faster, and I had no clue what I was really up against. I decided enough was enough and literally picked a place on the map and decided to move. I took a step forward, followed by another step and another step. For anyone going through it right now, progress will always be slow. It takes time to get better, for your heart to heal and for you to even become capable of moving forward. Be patient with yourself and take it one step at a time. You’ll get there. I'm so proud of you! You took a leap of faith in yourself, and that is so hard to do when you're going through a crisis. To have the courage to trust yourself again, trust in your instincts, and you carved out a life for yourself, for who you are now ?. I've loved reading the stories of your progress. You seem so much more calm and confident and settled, but you haven't lost your sassiness. Thank goodness ?.

It’s soooo easy to get frustrated and lost, going through a lot of it now....I’ve found the biggest challenge is holding hope and patience for things to get better one day. This is very well said and enlightening. Thank you ?❤️
