I did everything in my power to get my body fit to compete in the Oceania Championships #oac2019 last week coming off a torn hamstring. I came away from this champions with a handful of positives and a lot of confidence in my body to now be able to focus on my speed and fitness. It has definitely been an interesting season filled with ups and downs but these have only helped me grow as an athlete. Incredibly happy for my teammate @_rileyday for taking out the W, it was well deserved and it felt great having you there after the race to embrace.
