lin_lin79 @babybash lol.mine also helps with my PTSD. My oldest 2 kids were kidnapped by my parents and to this day I still have nightmares. I never saw my Son again. He was 14 when this happened. This November he will be 21. I found my daughter 3 months after the kidnapping. After a year of her being home I had to send her to live with her dad for her protection from my parents. They kept showing up at her school etc. To try and take her. She just turned 14 in April and my parents showed up at her 8th grade graduation last month. It's starting all over again. That's why I tried the piercing. It's a spot acupuncturist use for stress.

tharealcmc @j_gonzales_music Thank You! 100% agree just came out of a damn 2 year battle with my anxiety. To the point where i couldn't travel anywhere. Always frightened still never found out why it got me so badly. The last medication im taking really helped me out, but damn man never belittle it ever. No one really understands wat it is or why. And they think its a simple thing to push past you. Just damn I never want anyone to go thru that, its literally hell on earth.

707_dre_212 @babybash I was traumatized when I was younger so for me its fear, load noises n falling n a lil bit of over thinking. I am now learning how to work with that. Im anxious about go back to school after so many yrs. I'm learn how to deal with it by praying, meditating, smoking on some good good. Some days are are better than others but i keep push cuz i know theres a Purpose for me being here! ??? One Love?

I gave so much of myself to please people to smile and nod and was careful of what I said and how I said it that now I’m so real and super direct painful or not that people steer clear or respect me.
