My friends, Bill and Victoria Strong, suffered the unimaginable loss of their first born daughter, Gwendolyn, just a few months shy of her 8th birthday, to SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). SMA is a disease that robs people of physical strength by affecting the motor nerve cells in the spinal cord, taking away the ability to walk, eat, or breathe.
The fighters that Victoria and Bill are, they devote their time and resources helping others affected by SMA through Gwendolyn Strong Foundation. Tirelessly raising money to help fund researches for SMA’s cure AND to build Santa Barbara’s first ALL-ABILITIES playground for children.

Thanks a lot for raising awareness about SMA. Sending prayers to Bill and Victoria. So many children in Iran are suffering from SMA as well. Lack of expensive medications in Iran has put their parents under tons of pressure. Is there anything that you can do to collect funding for this little baby? His name is Ahora @ahorahajivand 🙏🏼 His parents are struggling like no one can ever imagine !
