Sadly, this can happen this time of year since it's made from rich butters and oils that are designed to melt when it comes in contact with your skin - a warm trip with UPS/car to an even warmer climate can make all the difference. This is why we include a melt warning on our website (rather than on the box) so our customers can make an informed decision on whether it's the right time of year to stock up on rich products. Everything is also priced based on weight so the $25 is for the 7oz Buffy while the least expensive lotion we currently have is the smaller pot of Dream Cream self-preserving which is 1.5oz for $7.95. - Sanaz

That said, a lot of Lushies are known to find some comfort in our Dream Cream body lotion. angiggal But why is this $25... pls make your plastic free products affordable enough for those who’d like to be environmentally friendly. I just don’t understand why I can go buy a bottle of lotion for $5 but all of these products that don’t use packaging are so pricey. It’s a weird type of inequality
