I’ve been off social media for the last month and a half, which means that I pretty much haven’t taken any pictures either. Except for a few when I’m in places of exceptional beauty like this hike in Yosemite last month.
It’s been a real pleasure taking some time away from online-ness. But now I’m back for a bit. We’ll see how it goes... gotta start taking pics again...

Taking time to disconnect from social media and even society for a bit is essential in maintaining balance within yourself. Posting pics of these beautiful places is great and refreshing to see but I know because I’ve seen beautiful places with my own eyes that pictures just don’t do it justice! These places are to be experienced! And sometimes putting the phone away and soaking it up....simply being present is one of the greatest joys and pics just can’t do that! I do love following your adventures! You are an inspiration ?✌️

Thank you Alex for sharing your story & the beauty all around. Some of us, our bodies, are not at a place physically where we can climb like that. And that’s ok as long as we are climbing whatever mountain might be in front of us . Never giving up. Just keep going everyone!
