I like to think I’m made up of a lot of things. While Bree is one of the most important things in my life, who I date in general is just one thing on a list of many that make me who I am. I’m funny, I’m smart, I have cool dogs. (Maybe the list isn’t that long...) To me, one thing doesn’t hold more weight over the others. But it’s also important to feel seen and supported in ALL the things that make me who I am. @マウンテンハードウェア flew Bree and I out to SF to march in the Pride parade with @touchstoneclimbing @pullphoto and @ethan_pringle. I don’t really like colors, or crowds, or walking... but it feels really good to be backed by a company and community that like me for me, and we got to hang with some super cool people, rep the cause, and go dancing. Not a bad weekend. #pride #sfpride #pride2019

I’m so happy that the climbing community and companies are supportive of 🏳️🌈 LGBT communities/athletes. Read an article recently about women in surfing and how horribly homophobic sponsors are - athletes have to hide who they are and experience great emotional stress as a result. I love seeing pictures of you and Bree on my feed and knowing that diversity just makes the climbing world stronger! 💪
