Many people have asked me,
How much weight did I put on during my pregnancy?
Well can’t tell by the pics and I don’t know why but I gained 16kg during my pregnancy !
That’s quite a lot especially in Asia.. But I didn’t stress about it,
Because I believe the most important thing
Is to be happy and stay happy throughout the pregnancy:) so I ate whatever I want whenever I want lol 🥰
If you are pregnant now and stressing about the weight gain, don’t!!! (Unless the doctor tells u that you need to slow down on eating 🤣) Being skinny isn’t the goal here, just enjoy your pregnancy and just be happy! That’s all it matters 😊x

I think you're saying totally right thing. Your mental health is very important during pregnancy. And sometimes wemen gain a bit more because of hormons. So i personally think that it's okay to gain a bit more weight unless its over 30kg. As far as i remember you have only 6 kg to lose, so i believe you'll do it very fast. Good luck and be happy! 💗

I don't have a child yet but I do agree with this. You just have to accept this normal weight gain when you get pregnant. The most important thing is that you and your baby are safe and healthy. All the love 💖💖💖
