Feeling strong and healthy isn't about being a certain size for everyone. Confidence comes from knowing you are doing something worthwhile for yourself, your health and your body. Taking on a goal and smashing it is its own reward! Feeling comfier in your skinny jeans is just a bonus. I created my “STRONGER” workout with @iamtv.fit because I wanted woman to feel just that. Im so pleased so many of you are doing the workouts. Keep going! 🙌🏼

mama_debs15 I have just completed Total Warrior in Leeds and it felt amazing to conquer this course.. I’d absolutely love to try it cause let’s face it - your major goals, but I live in Canada and have previously had trouble getting hold of some of the ingredients in English books like quark and fromage Frais. Do you use lots of those? :)
