Bad experience Marshall’s in Deerfield Beach FL , the ticket price said $5.99 ( clearance sweater) but the cashier told me that need to consult , after more than 15 min waiting the manager decided that is no the correct price ( she didn’t give any reason) and changed the tag for $10.00 . For $3 dollars that manager made an unhappy costumer , so disappointed

Was in Marshall’s in Hillsboro and Powerline Deerfield Beach FL, the store manager was a woman . The attitude of the manager was bad and the logical answer “ the price is not correct was our mistake but we are going to respect the price that you see in the tag” that it smart manager and happy costumer

Bad costumer service at Aventura Marshalls manager Maday C wow Unbelievable and shes supposed to be a manager. That's why there is so online shopping to avoid these bad experiences at your local store.

Marshall’s in Pasadena ca has the worst customer service. They tell you your item is on hold and when you go to pick it up, they tell you that an associate put it back on the floor. 🤬
