The past month since my daughter was born has been the most difficult time of my life. From someone with no background in depression or anxiety, I have been suffering from panic attacks, feeling deeply sad and anxious about the unknown cause of our daughters health concerns and also the prognosis which is also unknown. Combine that with recovering from the #Csection and my son in the #terribletwos. I have struggled to do anything other than going home and to hospital.
On the recommendation of my Doctor. She told me to try and get back into some sort of normalcy. The morning of #thePeninsular #mooncake workshop I woke up feeling a little stronger. I wanted to enjoy my day with my family. I’m so glad I did because we had a beautiful morning together. Thank you for having us @peninsulahongkong
