As a Naturopath I’ve always been drawn to nature and connecting with plant medicine. Exploring this organic Finnish herb farm was an absolute dream for me. I was completely in my element 🌿 I learnt all about the local Finnish herbs and superfoods and got to taste many straight from the earth. Due to the extreme weather conditions in Finland, Finnish herbs actually contain a super high potency of antioxidants and nutrients to combat the growing conditions. It’s the ultimate Nordic superfood and it was great to discover some new products that are best suited for me based on my heritage 🇫🇮

I spent the day here with my family enjoying a beautiful organic vegan lunch, tour of the retreat space and frolic through the herb fields. Afterwards we ventured to the meditation spiral - swipe for a pic 🧘♀️ where you can experience a walking meditation in the most picturesque location 🌲
