glam_queen1 Speaking of Makeup, I tried to purchase lashes tonight at the PRISON (Walmart)in Fairfield,Ca. I understand crime but not all of us are criminals. I waited 35mins prior to closing ringing a buzzer that is in the area of beauty only to have no one come and help me w my purchase but to tell me pls go checkout we are closed. (I had over $100+ worth of items) I asked for assistance and was denied or ignored walked away from like I don’t spend thousands in this store. No one is ever friendly in the store it feels like a prison and the consumers are inmates. It saddens me bc I remember a time when Walmart wasn’t like this...I left all my items in the store and went home w/o items I needed for a wedding I am doing makeup for tomorrow. I will do my best to do the makeup w/o lashes since I was ushered out of the store. I know that this comment won’t mean anything the mgr of the store wouldn’t even help me after I begged and pleaded telling her I was in the store I’ve been waiting patiently please I just need lashes for a job. No I was told and the doors slammed.IDK what to think at point it’s never friendly at this store just about every person there is just earning a check.no customer service no care no nothing #prison just sad.

I blame the carrier @fedex but wish Walmart would take care of things and make things right. I don’t need a discount on a future item (why would I order a third time If you can’t figure out what is happening and guarantee I’ll get my order). I don’t need to be updated on an investigation. I don’t work for Walmart and am just a customer trying to shop. What I would like are my items and the peace of mind in knowing Walmart will make things right.??‍♀️ This is customer service 101... it’s not hard to keep a customer for life.

naracara12 When I tried exchanged the gym pants that I bought my cousin , Vanessa, at your Stratford store, my enemies told the cashier not to accept my receipt and they asked me for my ID instead so they can set me up to say that I stole it but I’m being tracked and the autorithies know where I am at all times so TRY AGAIN EVIL BIOTCHES! By the way, someone stole my google cell phone at your Stratford store as well! Keep harassaing me and your stock will keep going down ?‍♀️

karlzzz94_ I am so sick and tired of getting ripped off by this company!!! The store on Colerain ave Cincinnati Ohio 45239 really needs a wake up call!!! Missong many items I paid for and even got charged for one item TWICE!! Will not answer phone to resolve the issue. Horrible!! I guess I'll report to BBB if I really have to.
