sharjeelmalik7 Salam I cant get my luggage 1 week ago . I am very upset about it because my all clothes ,money and documents e.t.c all are in that bag when i call your representative he or she told me that we haven’t find it yet when we find we will inform you ! When i ask him or her that when you will find that they say me we dont know . Please help me because i am nothing with that luggage. my extra money is spent on my extra clothes and i stay in hotel because i cant go home without my luggage . Should you will pay my extra charges which i spent on hotel rent and buy clothes? Sir/Madam please i request to emirates airline that you help me to find my luggage i request you Emirates airline is the best and i prefer to travel with it again and again But this time i feel so bad for this incident Please help me ! I hope you will understand that.

helen_6926 My new case was badly damaged both on the outward & homebound journey. It was repaired with second hand parts & badly done by Dolphi I believe in Germany. They put a GREEN wheel on the case while the other 3 are black & the handle was broken off & they replaced that with a flimsy tiny thing. We’re talking about a Samsonite case here, so it obviously had some rough handling to be so badly damaged. I called Emirates customer service on many occasions. They offered me an extremely lousy €20.00! Out of pure dignity I refused! Shame on Emirates seeing that they’re a leading airline.

thisisasli @emirates as a frequent flyer. I like your meals options on the flights. I would be happier if I can sit at my assigned seat on the flight as a gold member. Even though I had a seat at the front of the plane with a online boarding pass for yesterday’s flight I was given a seat at the very back area and learnt about it on the plane!
