ok man, there are several ways to do pull ups, there are many variants and in the video I want to think that the variant that you are presenting is the crossfit variant, if so, the way you do it is fine but for you that is the "normal" way of doing the pull ups is wrong, the chin should pass the bar and the legs should be extended or one foot above the other foot CAMMON MAN YOU CAN DO IT!!???

I don't get crossfit at all. I think it just looks like you're proned to injury .. But then again I don't know so much about crossfit.

I think he’s trying to combine two exercises, the hanging leg raises for abs and the pull-ups but I don’t see the point
