This little creature came into my life two years ago and left tiny little paw prints on my heart. Those have turned into dinosaur footprints. She belonged to @hassieharrison . But she always gave the mornings to me. She woke me up. She begged me for breakfast. She barked until I took her on a walk. And then we would sit on the stoop and soak up the morning sun. Hassie gave her so many unique nicknames. My favorites were WockyMoly. Leetle. The Missus. Grimer. Guggenheimer. Grouper. Mama. Trinket. Coconut. And Blinkers. I crumble every time I think of her scratching at my leg when I was making dinner. And that I won’t be able to feel that again. I wish you all could have seen her turn into a Track Star the second her paws touched carpeted hotel hallways. She lived for that traction. The day she left us California had its biggest earthquake in 20 years. She was an earth shaker. The unforgettable Cocomeaux.

I can’t tell you how much my heart breaks for both of you. Reading your beautiful words was almost too much, as we lost one of our feline fur babies just two months ago. So many times I’ve crumbled thinking of all the things we’ll never feel or see or hear again. They’re everywhere you look but they’re not. Please accept my deepest condolences. ?

Beautiful tribute! So sorry for your loss. It’s one of the hardest things to go through. My mom said it’s like losing a child and I have to agree. They depend on us for every need. I don’t think there is a heaven that exists without our fur babies being there too so I’m counting on meeting mine again one day ♥️

Heartbreaking. I’m so sorry for your loss. They are in many ways more human and better friends than any of us. Dogs are little spiritual Buddha’s that teach us so many life lessons. Embrace the happy times and know she is always with you. My condolences.

😭😭😭 @austinnichols I lost my yorkie to cancer at the same time I was battling breast cancer. She was a small dog with a huge personality and even bigger heart! I miss her still so much and it has been 3 years. 😭 Sending love and hugs!

Loved this post Austin ? sounds like she was an amazing dog and so loved ? we put our dog Buddy down in Feb and I think of him every day. You get through it, but you never get over it. So sorry for your loss!
