Hi I just tried to purchase a bedding look on y’alls website and it offered me 15% off for signing up. When I signed up I did not receive the email. I called customer service and she told me she could not help me, that I had to wait for the email to come through, even though she said it may not come through and then I could call back and she could “see” if they could help me further. I asked her why she couldn’t help assist me now, since I was trying to make a purchase on the website right now, and she told me there was nothing she could do. I’m upset because I wanted to purchase the bedding which was listed over $300, and customer service couldn’t help me with the promo that the website offered but I did not receive for signing up and making a first time purchase. @westelm

West elm has the worst customer service I have encounter in my life. I have a 2 years purchasing practically mostly all my furniture for my whole house and never again. Lost a customer and make sure others know about this. Rudeness about delivery and hanging up multiple times. The furniture I’m purchasing isn’t free or I’m asking for it. Not okay!!! I will be be making a formal complaint.

I messaged you regarding terrible customer service. I need help. The delivery date on my email was simply changed on my online account. Simply changing it without notifying the customer is not okay.
