I usually try to distract myself and the first couple of days are always hard but once you get past them you’ll feel so much better and I like to just cry it out if I need to and not let the emotions build up inside me and always have my best friend on call just in case I try to do something stupid but eventually time will heal everything and that sounds like bs right now but it’s really true

It’s all about phases. First you can get drunk and cry, then with time you will realize that if the relationship didn’t work it was because of something and you will thank god for ending that relation. The best you can do is keep going, go out with friends, spend time with family or whatever makes u happy❤️

Treat yourself how your meant to be treated. By that I mean do things you always wanted to do, go on a adventure, treat yourself to some great food, do what you always wanted, go to the gym to release some stress, and just basically do whatever you want.

Take time to focus on yourself. Slow is usually better than fast when dealing with heartbreaks. The Sun will always shine again and when you find your center " your true inner happiness" Life will be warm and wonderful.

The most important thing is that you start to do small things that are for you. The little distractions and time really go a long way. Remembering doing things that you like and going back to them really are a big help.
