A more realistic experience:
Hi, Been waiting over 5 hours for my flight from ATL to PBI. My flight was to depart at 4:45, but every single flight from here to there a scheduled after my flight has departed long before my still waiting flight. Every time it gets somewhere near boarding time the gets bumped another 50 minutes, or gate changed, or both.... all the while there was an identical unused plane sitting across the terminal, 30 feet away at A5. There is a 4.5 hour wait for a customer service rep on the phone, I could drive to my destination before you call back. Finally got on a plane and now another 30 min (or more) delay for a new crew because... wait for it, no parking for our plane at PBI. I think I need to start driving to the further airport to avoid Delta.

@delta Consider this a last warning after I reached out 3 times after my initial complaint was submitted as per the instructions you gave us: I have not heard back from you. At all. After a 20 hours delay due to technical issues (for some other guests it was even two days waiting for the flight) you dare to not respond at all to our requests to refund us. You also dare to use an email address starting with „we care“ for your customer service - are you kidding me? If I don’t hear back from you by the end of the week I will hand this case over to my lawyer.

You are truly the worst company with “lost and found”. My garment bag which was in the first class cabin closet was NOT lost, it was left for 15 mins and when I realized this- turned around and went back to the gate... I was told please see lost and found. My bag was not lost at all- I knew exactly where it was. Now, 4 weeks later I receive an email that my garment bag is lost despite your efforts to find it. Yes, it is NOW LOST, because Delta lost it. There is zero personal help, no one to speak to about the item- just an automative service that sends an email updating you on whether or not your items are found.

Delta : existe uma coisa básica que eu , um Simples mortal vou ensinar : se um dia acontecer um problema é isso causar atrasos e até perda de voos parábola seus clientes, seja proativa ! Será que nenhum dos seus milhares de colaboradores e em especial diretores sabem ? Estou aqui no aeroporto de Atlanta (o que vcs deveriam ter o melhor serviço pois é de vcs) e o que ocorre ? Vcs não dão assistência ! Estou há 3 horas em uma fila com apenas 3 funcionários para atenderem uma média de 500 pessoas ! E o pior : vejo funcionários de vcs sem fazer nada ! Vcs são horrorosos !!!

Disgusted with Delta in terminal A in the Atlanta airport. We arrived to the gate 20 min before our flight (their rule is 15 min) and the door was closed. The gate attendant was shoving a sandwich in his mouth, said, “The door is closed, tough luck.” and walked away. We fly delta often but we will never fly with them again. All of the customer service agents in terminal A were rude and unreasonable, all while blaming us for being late. In addition to all of this, we had called to upgrade to first class a few weeks ago, and customer service wouldn’t let us....

Don’t let this post fool you! @delta is extremely unreliable and has terrible customer service. @delta cancelled and re-routed my friend @aarynhayes trip from Halifax - Melbourne not once, but two days in a row, causing him to mis all connecting flights and miss a half a week of work. No sort of compensation or travel credit was offered. Do not fly this airline !
