beth.trahan So I need to rant.... have a Nuna Rava car seat for C, not a cheap car seat people. I took off the fabric lining to wash it and when I did the styrofoam on the headrest part came unglued.... no big deal... call Nuna..... customer service representative told me to HOT GLUE IT BACK ON.... WHAT THE FUCKING HELL......... 1. It’s a $500 car seat 2. That’s against national safety regulations 3. If I did that it would completely void my warranty for altering the seat 4. If I did that and got in a crash, my son could die because hot glue is not the safety regulated glue required for car seats Point all of his out to her.... she then tells me okay, then I will send you a return label and you mail me the car seat and we will determine what happens.... okay and what do I do until you send me another car seat?..... rep: well that’s up to you, but you should go BUY ANOTHER CARSEAT FOR YOUR CHILD IN THE MEANTIME...... rep: oh and you wouldn’t be getting a replacement, we would just refund you your money................ WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK.

beth.trahan We pay $500 for a car seat for our children to be as safe as possible, stand behind their products; yet they cannot stand behind us when our children, who they are supposed to protect are in danger?! Well Nuna if I go and purchase another car seat in the meantime, I can assure you that I will not be purchasing your brand! Excellent car seat, bullshit warranty replacement program and customer service. I’ll gladly go and try out Uppababy’s new Knox or a Clek in the meantime (since I was told to purchase another seat in the meantime on my own dime) and hopefully one day have YOU pay for it by returning yours by mail as you suggested, THEN you would possibly refund me in the form of payment?! Okay.. if that’s the case, no Nuna for me, I’m finished with this type of service.

eve_viivii_ Got my Nuna Mixx from this collection on Friday. I wanted to add the bassinet and suddenly they were no longer available online. Did some google searching and it looks they are completely gone almost everywhere. Is the mixx bassinet gone for good? Or will it be coming back?

siennabowman Excited to use this in 3 months. Although I ended up getting just the regular pipa because I like the option of no-base needed. Still, love love love my nuna products 💕

daniel.jihoon.kim Is there any particular reason that USA version of Mixx threaded does not come with bassinet? UK version comes with it.
