lindaggossett After eating breakfast, I will go rinse my face after a lemon quick facial. I take a slice of lemon and begin at the base of neck and move upward to forehead of face. So refreshing and relaxing. The lemon is a tightens as well as removes any oily residue.

lindaggossett After shower and shampooed hair, I pat dry skin then dry hair. Then, I am ready to sit down for a delicious breakfast of yogurt, fruit, and grits. None of those foods have saturated fats or cholesterol plus no sugar added. May add honey to taste.

lindaggossett If I have an early appointment, I put conditioner on the end of my hair and wind up into a bun before exercise. Once cool down, I give my face a good scrub then take a lukewarm shower.
