We've been doing a research survey of U.S. VCA hospitals to see how they address declawing and many of our followers were calling them to ask for the price of a declaw and other important information. We were really disappointed with your decision to issue a declawing call script for ALL your animal hospitals so that you could control the message about this inhumane amputation procedure. 😾 Doesn't that clearly tell you that what you are doing is wrong? 😾 Do you have a call script for spay and neuters? Even if most of your VCA declawing hospitals don't want you to put an end to this barbaric and harmful, money making procedure, why don't you believe in putting the welfare of cats first over the welfare of your company's and declawing vet's pocketbooks? Why can't your leader, Todd Tams, see the value in being on the right side of history and being part of the solution to end this inhumane amputation procedure in America? Instead of trying to not look bad with this call script, why won't you follow the ethical and humane path that Canada's Danny Joffe took and stop declawing?
