#Throwback to taking on the infamous Pe’ahi aka “Jaws” just six months after Tobias was born! It was a dream come true for me to surf this wave and I can’t wait for you to see how it all came together in @unstoppablethefilm, in theaters TOMORROW!!! I had heard people say how hard it would be to paddle into the wave at Jaws with one arm. That comment stuck with me, so I wanted to overcome it. I didn’t want that to be my reason for not trying. When the moment came, I just had to put my head down and go!

@bethanyhamilton my three girls (9, 7 and 4) ADORE Soul Surfer and try to be you in our pool on their boogie board ? ... we are sitting in the theater right now in Cumming, GA waiting for #unstoppablethefilm to begin. CAN’T WAIT!! You are an inspiration! My oldest is a competitive gymnast and your drive and hard work motivate her every day! She competed today with Phil 4:13 written in sharpie on her ribcage under her leotard. ❤️
