reid0316 Just experienced the worst customer service at Kohl’s store #1264. My daughters went into the fitting room that had been closed accidentally to try on their clothes. Micheal( the Kohl’s associate) walked into the fitting room and used the nastiest and most disrespectful tone to my 13 year old girls. Even though my twin daughters apologized she replied, “well it’s common sense.” I spoke to the associate and told her the way she was speaking was unnecessary and she replied “I know” and walked away. After speaking with the manager on duty my daughters and I saw the associate several more times in the store where she gave us dirty looks and never an apology. This was the absolute worse customer service experience I have ever received. To make matters worse the associate never apologized even though she knew her behavior was appalling.
