When I started my meditation practice I was taken by the Mantra, “Sat Nam”. Something about those words held a great power for me.
I found out that in the ancient Sikh language called Gurmukhi, Sat means truth and Nam means name. Together, Sat Nam essentially translates into something deeper: “I am truth,” or “Truth is my essence.” I Am truth!!!!💥💥💥 Wwoooooow!! I am. You are. We are.
Sam Nam is about calling forth and expressing your true identity without holding back the greatness of the frequency you bring. Not only for yourself but for others too.
I love this word. I even thought about using it as a name for one of my kids 🤣🤣 But imagine if SAT NAM was your name?? You‘d never be able to forget that meaning, “I AM truth”. So say YES to your own truth! To everything you know deeply about who you are. For the courage it takes to be more of yourself!
Sat Nam! 💜💜💜

A part of my feeling.

My sister never played hopscotch,
And never ran in the puddles of rain,
My sister never played slide or teeter totter(seasaw),
And she never ever, never ever, sent a kite into the sky.
She never felt the lovely caress of breeze in her hair.
She never gifted the cherry blossoms to the longing hands.
My sister sold the sweet smelling flowers ,
But,
She never embraced their mesmerizing fragrance.
My sister never painted her dream house with color pencils.
My sister set behind a colorless rainbow on a cold autumn, accompanied by the sun.

That’s great! But what’s the point? According to God himself Ecclesiastes Chapter 2. I’m not saying don’t enjoy life and tap into our divine attributes BUT I am saying Jesus the Christ in whom are ALL things IS The TRUTH and he says that in John 14:6. We were made to tap into the truth of who He is because finding him IS finding who you are because a part from him we are absolutely nothing!! John 15:5 Grace and peace love you!

I am the truth, scars to prove. The heart is miss used, while we all try to put things back together using glue. Who knew? Your mended wings, your soul an the gift love brings. So many places an things, wonderful people leave gifts at my feet. I fell asleep for too long an forgot where I had gone. I still have a song, silent an long. Life is just now beginning
