Today I went alone to the beach for a couple of hours, and I was thinking ... Since Alex was born that I hadn’t come to the beach by myself without the girls! 😳More than 2 years without enjoying that pleasure! Obviously I love taking them to the beach, but you know, what a pleasure is to sunbathe and listen to something you like calmly! 😍❤️ When was the las time you went alone to the beach ???? 🏖 .

Hoy he ido sola a la playa por un par de horas, y pensando... creo que desde que nació Alex no había vuelto a la playa sola sin niñas!!! 😳Mas de 2 años sin disfrutar ese placer! Evidentemente me encanta llevarlas a la playa, pero jolin, que gusto da tomar el sol y escucharte algo que te apetece con tranquilidad!😍❤️ Cuanto hace que no vais solas a la playa????🏖

You did the right thing and you should find some ME time on a regular basis to breathe. Im sure you love your babies and want to be there for them all the time but it's important to give your self some company regularly to re energize and boost up.

Aiinssss en mi cabeza esta todos los días el imaginarme sola en una piscina, en un gym, en la playa..... y como dices aunq me encante estar con mi peque que me da vida, tb es necesario encontrarte a ti misma sola con tu cuerpo y tu cabesaaaa??

Il mio piu' grande ne ha 11 di anni e ad oggi da sola non ci sono mai andata, veramente ho dimenticato completamente il sapore di fare le cose da sola purtroppo, ma soprattutto farle con calma senza correre e senza stress??

Yo llevo 4 años dsd que nació mi hijo y ahora con el bebé de 3 meses creo que voy a estar otro tiempo sin poder ir sola.De vez en cuando hace falta una escapadita y coger energia del sol para seguir adelante.😝😘

Totally me!!!!! Since Athina is born ( 19 months now) I am never alone...so noooo beach time for me alone...of course it is amazing being with her but sunbath and calm is noooot in the program!!!ahahahha

Buuufff!!! Que suerteee!!!! Pues más de 5 años... Que no voy sola a ningún sitio...! Y lo que me queda... Mi hija mayor tiene 15 años y la pequeña 20 meses... Y me está costando destetarla... ??
