hwang_hyunsoo hello, I have used TG241 on 11th july 2019 departure time 8:00 from bangkok to krabi. I had very unplesant expirience. Druing the flight I dropped safety belt on the ground and I did not noticed it.(safety belt sign was off) Than flight attandence named "aniwan. d" came to me and told not to drop the belt on the ground. she was look very irratated and after she told me not to do and turn back to me and spoke some thai language with frown face. I felt extremly insulted. I don't understand that dropping belt on the ground is that much bad. I had very good feeling with Thai airline and it was my vacation but fromth start it ruined everything. Clearly she has some anger control issue. Hope non of other passangers suffer those kind of insult from her anymore. Thanks

paramethk @hwang_hyunsoo It happened to me too (not with the belt) when me and my family were about to fly back to Stockholm with TG960 BKK-ARN when a rude flight attendant served our (passenger in economy) meal and she looked very irritated and was like soooooooo unpleasant. When we were about to leave the plane, my dad who was injured because he fell on a rock, the rude attendant said (in Thai ), “well, that doesn’t hurt so much I think” ???? I really love Thai airways because it’s my own country’s flag carrier but now I’ll fly with Emirates instead (ARN-DXB-BKK).
