@sephora I had a bad experience trying to sort out my Mother’s Day present. Sales associate shamed me because I purchased my gifts online via gift card & I had to exchange a product that my skin didn’t agree with. She said it hurts our stores when you buy online. Then forcibly gave me an in store only card. I was stunned. I told her I wanted to repurchase my returned product & that I’ll go somewhere else. She then said, “wow you must really hate this store.” I went to another Sephora store & they treated me so much better, but my goodness the drama...!

Yes. I have been totally ignored by both Sephora and Ulta. Due to the fact that I passed 60 a bit overweight (I guess I don’t look the part) but these sales people forget that WE have the MONEY to spend and yes we have a youthful demeanor and want to ask about the latest skin products and perfumes. Too bad for you. Now I go to my closest salon and purchase their products. ☹️☹️

SEPHORA you guys really need to end your business with LaserShip. This would be the 3rd time my package has gone missing. I am furious that I have to keep calling to get a replacement. Packages should be delivered to the customers door, not left outside in a lobby where anyone can take it. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I shouldn’t have to deal with this at all. Fix it!

@mschuck2 unfortunately women of that age already walk into the store assuming that the younger ladies don’t know how to help them. At least at Sephora, I would urge you to walk in with an open mind. When I was there, we made sure to educate employees on every age group.

Store in Downtown Summerlin Las Vegas is a joke too, the store is set up so wrong, too small, girls ALWAYS chatting on the floor with 5 deep at the register and 1 girl checking you out, not once in my 20 trips have I experienced anything different, I shop online
