mr.douglascooper I just had a very unfortunate customer service experience. I simply requested West Elm to honor the same $25 flat rate shipping fee I received for an in the store purchase for a similar online purchase. I am not even requesting free shipping just want the same rate. Seems reasonable but no one wanted to work with me. Any assistance from a manager or decision maker? loveyoumumu Do not order from West Elm! Ordered on 4/15 with 5/29 delivery date and still haven’t received anything. They can’t give me an explanation but they won’t allow me to cancel order! Customer service says they will figure it out and call me back and they never do.
