@g23fit thanks for the lecture. Im good though bro with a full time job, kids etc. Like I said, I ain't making excuses for me. I still find time to grind 5 days a week... Just saying it shouldn't be a surprise that a pro athlete is in good shape. They've literally got nothing else to do other than make sure they're body is in prime condition. I'm saying for the average person it's a lot harder is all.

It’s very simple but the hardest to stuck to. Eat on a calorie deficit, weight train, eat your calculated macros, dedication and after months your body will be shredded. 10-12% bf is when you begin to see full abs pop
