If you've ever opened a store or even just started a business you know what a challenge that is. He pressed on through all the roadblocks and speedbumps to open Story. Paul started his coffee journey years ago at Verve in Santa Cruz, then growing his own brand @storycoffeeco through farmers markets, weddings and pop-up events. So when he opened his doors a couple weeks ago, it was well earned...he paid his dues.
