It is easy to make and heaven to serve, summertime tastes like a berry preserve. Kids home from camp with bellies to feed, a wee bit of time is all that you need.
Well, plus raspberries.♥️ And sugar helps, too. 😂 Annnnnnd this easy recipe from @zoenathanloeb.🥇

#HuckleberryCookbook Raspberry Preserves
Ingredients:
5 cups fresh raspberries (or you can add blueberries, too! 🙋🏻♀️)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste 😊)
2/3 cup water

1. Combine everything in a medium stainless-steel pot. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until the berries fall apart, about 10 minutes.
2. Uncover and cook down until thickened, stirring frequently to avoid burning, about 25 minutes. (if you have framboise splash a little in for depth of flavor— hi, @アイナ・ガーテン! ♥️) If you do burn it, sadly, there is no saving it. 😧
3. Refrigerate until needed.
4. Yum. ♥️

@jennifer.garner You have to be the cutest cook in the kitchen!! Oh, by the way, your kitchen is gorgeous from what I see!! Makes me want to rethink my own cherry cabinets!! LOL!!! Oh, and thanks for the raspberry preserves!! They are one of my husband's favorite fruits!! I even bought my very own raspberry bushes as well as the 8 blueberry bushes i have planted, too!! I just LOVE this video!! Now I am looking forward to seeing you share another recipe!!!

You’re so much fun Jennifer. 😎 You can make super yummy fruit sauces and jams without adding refined sugar ... or any sugar. I never use it. It’s super quick too. My jam takes less than 5 minutes to make. A raw fruit sauce for pancakes or muffins less than a minute. I also make a fruit coulis my own way (haha - I break every rule 🤣) with fiber and vits thrown in too. Toooo good. Love your fireside chats. 😍

I don’t think it has to go rite in the fridge- my mom makes the best jelly ever, but I’m not sure if she’s made very much jam- but she would surely know-So ask Betty Wilson, Asheville, NC- and u can take that to the bank!! I wanted a bite of that so bad when u got through with it- I’m like your kids- I don’t like the seeds either! #luvjensjamoouoougottagetmesome
