throughliquidcrystals Hi Zara, why do you think its okay to have my delivery chucked outside on the pathway (not even hidden) so it does missing, and then keep fobbing me off saying you'll get back to me but really there is no intention there? Your customerservices are really rude and I'm now over £100 down for almost a month. Zara used to be my favourite shop but now I think it's a pile of ??. Your staff dont care about your purchase conditions document as its clearly been breached by you and customer services dont give a toss. Im going to trading standards. FURIOUS

If anyone asks where something im wearing is from I'm going to lie if it is zara and say its h&m. And then explain to them why I stopped shopping at zara due to disgraceful lies and letdowns

coralandrews Funny how @zara can post about new releases but cannot get back to me. Especially when my parcel arrived having been eaten by a mouse!! Poor show will not be ordering again despite the new releases, get your customer service team in check first!!
