kayyyleigh_ I’ve just experienced the worst customer service from them. Placed an order exactly two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped yet- so literally nothing has occurred .. tried talking to the support team 3 separate times, each time they couldn’t provide me any info on why it hasn’t shipped yet - or be of any help in getting it to ship. I wouldn’t online - unless you want to wait week and weeks .. maybe a whole month at this rate for you order.

lizdean IN OUR #SUMMER rotation, contacting @americaneagle support only to get the run around on why they won't refund my hundreds of dollars from clothes I returned via mail and they said they did get in the warehouse?!
