Just experienced worst KLM customer service and representatives at Mumbai airport. I booked tickets on delta travelling as family of 4 and read baggage policy on delta website which clearly states carry on baggages will not be weighed. When they told to weigh the carry on we were taken aback as we had not packed accordingly. They just pounced on us demanding money and told to weigh all carryons. Then we told them our ticket is through delta but they showed us the fine prints that said "see partner airlines for their restrictions". Delta should not put this in fine lines it should be right under carry on policy. The entire klm representative group joined in a fight with us. The representative Pratibha Tharchandi BOM 2114 was very rude. By Gods grace my parents were travelling with us till Amsterdam and all other carry ons weighed less than their limit except only one. The story doesnt end there, to our surprise this Pratibha followed us to check in and snatched boarding pass from us and wrote on our boarding pass that we have 3 hand bags. My husband removed that from boarding pass and they were well prepared at the gates to still take revenge from us poor customers. At the gate she tried to stop us again and my husband gathered crowd and we started recording as we knew she was going to create a scene there thirsty for money. The supervisor saw this and immediately let us boatd. I have the clip of she stopping us at gates if needed. I am very unhappy with KLM and I request Delta to put fine prints in the policy

very worst airline ever
if you missed connect due to delay, be careful of risk taking next day flight or lost bag, very worst communication and notification system, very rigid for changing flights if delayed not even allow u to have another airline when you miss your connection.
2 of my baggages delayed one of them delayed for 24 hours the other not event be able to locate. i only stayed in paris for 2 days and i am not even sure what yo do about the aecond which had my rolex watches.
bag tracking system is very wost, not even know where my bags are
my flight just got change due to delay, and there is connection time for "3" hours they still delay my bag and one of them not wven being track
i have to go back and forth from paris to cdg many times and i only stayed in paris for 2 days
do you think this airline reserve the compliments
there was issue about my flight before, and if you miss connect, be accepting that you will be at the destination next day
mileage point so stingy, you have to hae a lot of miles to get domestic flighy, like you have to pay for it not tonuae the rewards

@delta I’m not even one to do this but I’ve never had a worse experience in my life...I’ve been trying to get home from our trip to Jamaica for two days...numerous flights delayed and cancelled! My husband and I and our 2 kids 2 and 7 years old have been all over just trying to get home to NY. From Jamaica to Atlanta, Atlanta to New Orleans and now New Orleans to NY. No one wants to help us, no one cares. I am currently on a plane to NY finally and now we are further delayed and just waiting on the jetway. This has been my worse traveling experience EVER. This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Traveling with kids is already stressful without all this extra stress. Paying $600+ dollars for tickets for each member of my family and this is what we get?!

Worst airline. My boyfriend had just adopted his little brother and he should of had an easy flight home. The connector flight had a maintenance problem and they were promised a hotel in Atlanta so they can catch the next flight home first thing in the morning. They get to Atlanta and he was told that they are not getting a hotel because the flight was delayed to weather conditions. If that was the case, he would of stated it Arkansas for the night. Even the pilot made a comment that there was something going on with the wheel and the alerts stated the delay was caused by maintenance. Now he is stranded at the Airport with his 7 year old brother on their first night reunited. All hotels are booked at this point.
Oh, but they gave them a 15 dollar food ticket!

My son is spending his 10th birthday on an uncomfortable delta bench at gate B6 because of Delta’s incompetence and lack of compassion. We are being held like prisoners and due to your delays issues!!! My infant ran out of formula and I’m not even allowed to leave nor is anybody allowed to bring it to me. Was told to call customer service and they referred me back to the agents in the gate. It’s a ping pong battle over who can do anything while NOTHING is being done! Disgusting!!!! Was supposed to arrive in Orlando at 3 and here I am the following morning at 12:14am writing to you because no agent can take accountability.
