⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ BOYCOTTONS AIRBNB!!!!!...arnaque!! ils ne paient pas les proprietaires et gardent les sommes payées par les locataires!!!!Une honte!!!Nous en avons eu la mauvaise experience et donc obligés d annuler toutes nos futures locations.Aucune personne ne parle francais,pas d information, pas de contact !! Une grosse arnaque!!! Nous attendons 2 versements de locations alors que les clients sont venus il y a plus d 1 mois!!!

Hi– My account is getting login attempts from all over the world and I keep getting verification codes sent to my cell phone. I have reported this numerous times online to the help desk people and nothing comes of it. Each time they say, "I'm forwarding you to the correct department right now, to make sure you receive a prompt and proper response."

@airbnb I have been a client of yours for over 6 years and am disgusted with your customer service. I recently had an issue during my vacation in Spain and was told I would get a refund but nobody has gotten back to me in three days! Whoever is reading this, DO NOT book with Airbnb!

@airbnb Absolutely the worst! Traveled all the way from Arizona to Hawaii to find out reservation was canceled after the first one we made was canceled a couple days prior with another host. NEVER AGAIN!!
