mimifordaka It was extremely soft! I basically had to apply with my fingers, which I hate. I should’ve returned it ☹️ I don’t know what the previous formula was like but this was a waste of money!

travellingtiff88 This balm saved my lips this winter. Bought it on a Friday when my lips were so cracked they were bleeding, and by Monday they were soft and healed.

jessboehme This stuff is the best. I shudder at the price, and I learned the hard way not to let it get too warm, but this stuff is gold for my lips
