Good afternoon, please let me explain that 4 of us are travelled with Cathay with the booking code as follows:
1. WCZ6EE
2. WCFDPD
3. WCJQXG
4. WCXJ65
We departed from the CGK - HKG-ICN by today, Friday, July 19, 2019.
From the CGK, it has been informed that CX 718 flight is delayed, so arriving at HKG only takes about 1 hour to catch up next flight (CX 416).
But in reality there were only 25 minutes, so badly we missed the flight.
First we want to explain that we did not bring HKD money at all, because HKG is not our destination.
Secondly, we cannot cancel the hotel that we have booked in Korea because it is non refundable.
After compplaint at HKG Airport, we were finally given flight pk. 1:00, its means we have to wait more than 8 hours for the next flight to Korea. NO HOTEL & NO LOUNGE COMPENSATE?
And only given 75 HKD compensation per person which we think is very lacking.
If you are in our position, would you received HKD 75?
How about Cathay Pacific’s responsibility with our charred hotel vouchers in Korea?
We are so disappointed with Cathay Service's service which has ruined our vacation schedule.
We lost precious time and only replaced it with HKD 75.

Really disappointed with @cathaypacific . We flew a staff member from Perth to Cebu for an extremely important meeting and you changed the flight until the next day with no notice. She missed the meeting because she missed her domestic flight. We contacted you for compensation and you said no. So rebooking comes from A CHARITY not yourselves. Disgusting. It was your fault for the delay you should compensate for missed flights even with a different airline.

Im a MarcoPolo Member ... recently I went to ur Lounge at HKIA thr one in between Gates 40-80 just below YungKee ... I went there to ask How to use PressReader the lady who greeted me with a Fake Smile told me that ONLY members who are currently IN the lounge can use PressReader and u cannot use or access it when u onboard airborne during the flight 😳 But ur instruction in ur website says otherwise so which is which? How to access Pressreader?

Unfortunately you just a number on Pacific. Volumes are to high. That part of the world is over populated. Rather going to do Turkey Airlines. Much better to connect. Hong Kong Airport operate same way. Not your fault thou.

Cathay need to use another lounge in KIX, Osaka. The current lounge is small and has less than 15 sockets in total for ALL passengers. No hot food and seats are old and worn out. Worst ever lounge I have ever been to!
