Hello there... I am aware that you don't give specific release dates, but what about release years? You've been specific enough regarding releases to state that you will not be releasing any more Z devices this year, but what about 2020? I currently have the Moto Z² Force and I absolutely love the phone; it has been the best phone I have ever owned 💪🏻, and the fact that the mods have been developed into this platform is a truly ingenious edition. 🤓 However, given the bar that has been set by other flagship phone lines belonging to other phone makers like Samsung and LG, will the new Z5, or Z⁴ Force be more on par with the phones of that era, and will there also be a Force edition of the Z5? I really hope you can at least attempt to answer these questions, and since I know that specificity is frowned upon by corporate because it gives too much away, could you please maybe just give a year range, even if it's two years out? It would be very much appreciated as it will allow me (and I'm sure many other Android enthusiasts 😎) to gauge whether or not I will invest in a new phone now or if I can wait, as my current phone is still in very good condition. Thank you! 😁

@motorolaus I also have the g6 Android 9.0 update. I can't figure out how to use split screen. Apparently 9.0 pie phones from other companies use the "pill" for gesture navigation while the Moto g6 uses the fingerprint scanner. Google told me to activate split screen by swiping up on the "pill" home button but there is no "pill" home button on my g6 and I can't swipe up on the fingerprint scanner. Is there another way to activate the split screen function? I'm in the state of Ohio :)

@jalentaclap02 I see. Can you please check if same thing happens while on Safe Mode? To boot into Safe mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, touch OK when Reboot to Safe mode appears. If it works fine while in Safe mode, then it's possible that a 3rd party app is the culprit. Try removing some recently downloaded apps and see if it helps. -Ruby

@rachel.childers_ this is how to activate the split screen for anyone with the same question: first go to recent apps by either touching the recents button or by swiping on the fingerprint scanner then "At the top of any app in the recent list, touch the apps's icon to see options for Split screen, App info, and Screen pinning."
