SO proud of these women. Hard to find words to describe how I felt watching them onstage, and what I feel about this play. Brilliant, balls-to-the-wall courageous, hilarious, heart-breaking, ridiculously unique, moving, genius, humbling, are just some of the ones I uttered through the night. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself!!! @halleyfeiffer blew my mind with her rendition of one of my favorite Chekhov plays. Directed gloriously by @cannalure. The ENTIRE cast is flawless. BRAVO. #moscowmoscowmoscow#mcctheatre

ladym_fan Caught a glimpse of the buttons from the show on my nightstand this morning and I laughed bc they reminded me of a certain line from the play and that characters whole vibe. I saw the show back in June during previews and loved it. It's definitely the most interesting and inventive take on Chekhov I've ever seen. I've had a hard time explaining it to people bc it's so unique so I just tell them....GO SEE IT and we'll discuss later, because some things have to be seen to get it. 😊 But now I'll refer them to this post and your much more eloquent and illuminative review. So happy shows like this, artists like this and theater companies like MCC exist. I remembered after seeing the play thinking....THIS, a show like this, is why I have a subscription to MCC.

ruggedenglish @margosha777 thank you. I don’t know much about plays. Only been to two that are memorable and might be popular enough for you to have heard of. Rez Sisters was my favourite. I was young teen. Maybe 14. This native group I was in. Walking tall native youth role model program. Doesn’t really roll off the tongue. But that’s what my leader encouraged from us. To speak. Then my mentor took me to Angels in America. That was something else. Yeah. Those two are easily best plays and production I ever got chance to see. Thank you for reply. I think Deuce is a fantastic show! You are wonderful actor. Hashtag: fan for life!! Can’t wait to watch again! 🤟🏾💯🌹🇨🇦❤️❤️
