My ab routine from earlier this week! I know everyone has a different opinion on this..but personally i like to add a little bit of weighted abs to my ab routines! Now that i have a little bit more loose skin from being pregnant i would rather fill that out with muscle rather than have my skin hang! kbryantsnell So I tried these workouts and it hurts my back for some reason. Am I doing it wrong? It might just be that my core is not strong enough yet.
