Heading out tonight? Don’t forget its Plastic Free July. Consider your actions and their impacts - Australians currently use 2.7 billion straws a year! Saying no to straws seems like such a simple step, but taking steps like this makes an enormous difference to our environment especially our precious marine life.
You can visit our zoo retail stores to see our current product range supporting our Litter Free Oceans campaign.

I know it’s a nuisance but when you are out and about and you see plastic of any description.... pick it up As a general rule people don’t throw plastic bottles or wrappers out the window on the footpath or in the park, it gets dropped accidentally from garbage bins and trucks. If not picked up and it rains the plastic goes into the drains, into the rivers, into the harbours, into the oceans. Sorry for the rant but every little bit of plastic picked up helps.

Use paper straws when out drinking, not metal. Metal straws are only for sober people
