cgreely Recommended to us by a local shopkeeper in Livingston MT. Took the Jeep and had the thrill of a snowstorm (at the top at the end of June)! How fun! Took it all the way to Red Lodge for fun meal in a local pub! It is one of the best 2-lane roads for breathtaking scenery, ascents and descents in our beautiful country!

nomad_kat1 Just this year. The day after it opened and there was nobody on the road. Absolutely amazing! My brother used to work at Yellowstone and he said that was his favorite route to the park.

alolson57 It’s a must do drive and it’s even better when you drive across the quiet eastern side of Yellowstone to access it.
