@val_tasso that’s awesome that you tried it! I find that really going for the beans, lentils, tofu, quinoa, and nut-based items kept me full! And getting non-dairy milks with high protein (not regular almond) like pea protein added did the job as well ??

Oooh I’m getting this book! Thanks for sharing it. I love teaching people how to transition to a plant based diet. It seems hard at first but it becomes second nature and you really will not miss meat and dairy. A fun on line culinary course from @rouxbe

Your food swings book is the best cookbook and it’s my favourite most used book- it’s consistently at the top of the pile, dog eared, book marked ( sadly a few stains)

I’m working on it too. Gets easier, the more I try. Helps to have a daughter who’s pescatarian. I feel so much better physically, when I don’t eat meat.
