@shaunt I know this question wasn’t directed at us but when we did max 30 for the first time, we didn’t make it past 6 minutes on most workouts ? by our second go around I hit 30 minutes on only one tabata but it took a ton of mental willpower. Got us into the greatest shape of our lives so just keep pushing play, you got this??

Ok I’m finally commenting on your donut posts!!! ? I love how you enjoy your special treats!! And then you keep on doing an incredible job encouraging and inspiring us all!!! It really helps me see even more that deprivations not good but all things in moderation!! AND put the hard work in!! 80/20 for sure!!!

@jessicah02 if you look carefully the fittest people in this workout also stop and take break. Its about doing the best you can!! So don't be afraid. Do month 2 ??

I used to pause Insanity, I couldn't gauge my progress til I stopped doing that ,so once I did ,progress was definitely noticed.. good luck Jessica ??
