lefthandhenney My experience with airbnb hosting has been a complete nightmare. I have been getting horrible service from the customer service people over the phone. My account was deactivated for reasons that they will not disclose to me. They just cancelled my account and did not provide me with why. I have not broken any policy rules or anything. When I try to reply to the email from the trust and safety dept. I do not get response. It's been 2 weeks since Im account has been closed and Noone has contacted me back about it. The people you call over the phone continuously tell me they can not help me Cause it's not there department and the department that handles the issues does not have a call line. This is horrible for host. I had 4 claims that was never resolved. And Noone was willing to helping me out. I am very disappointed in you guys services @airbnb. You have crippled my business and put me in a bad position money wise. You cancelled all my future booking and and won't allow me on the app. I have done nothing wrong. I wanted to expand my business and create more listing but now you guys have messed my whole life up from doing so.

fabfoodandthecity I have not encountered a worse customer service than that of Air BnB. I have asked through several avenues to have a call back by a manager (NOT my case worker) a managed. A people leaded. A director and have gotten nowhere and it’s been two weeks. I’ve done so on Facebook, by calling in, on Instagram, by emailing your CEO and other executive members. The most awful customer service I have had the displeasure of working with.
