Welp, here it is guys!
You don’t get to see how I landed, right knee buckling inward and than back out quickly, but you get to see a quick glimpse of the EXTREME pain right afterwards! Heard and felt all the pops and tears! 🤢🤮
If anything, I have learned that getting knocked down just makes me stronger physically and mentally! I have been feeling more positive and happy about life lately and this doesn’t change ANYTHING, well maybe gets me MORE determined and psyched for the future!!! We fall so that we can get back up again and again and AGAIN!
This is a time that I wanted to focus more on my career and that means more coaching and writing programs and helping others reach their goals and help shed some light on areas that I feel I can.
Thank you so so so much everyone that was there yesterday to help me out when I needed it and @touchstoneclimbing you guys freakin’ ROCK! Thank you @dogpatchboulders for EVERYTHING and thank you EVERYONE for all the support and get well wishes!
Let’s do this, again! 😁😉🙏💪🏻❤️ #letsdothis #whatdoesntkillyoumakesyoustronger #alwaysstaypositive #comebackstronger #getit #focus #strongwomen

Fantastic attitude ...hope your recovery is quick. My only argument is other factors ...time, medical & other expenses, will it be a complete recovery, windows of opportunity that may be missed ...etc. Maybe a safety tether would be wrong in this climbing situation, but something needs to be changed, so that the athlete doesn't injure his/her self "after" completing a climb. Seems like a high percentage of the injuries are the fall back to the ground ...too high, too awkward ...one's body can only take so much when landing from a decent height. Things are going to have to change to keep the athlete's injury free ...not to mention the other items posted above ...health being the priority, but you can't replace down-time and money lost to medical & other bills.

I’ve torn my ACL once and had meniscus surgery twice. I continue to have knee issues but climbing makes me stubborn! The way you came back from your last surgery was super inspiring. I hope you have a smooth recovery and can’t wait to see you crushing again!

Le fuuuuuuuuuuuuu ?. So sad to see you injured again. I feel you, I'm going through a supraspinatus tear and haven't climb for the last three months while spending hours and hours in physiotherapy ?. Hope you get well soon ??.

Been following you since I saw you and @robinoleary hanging out at @oakwoodclimbing. My daughter was quite taken with you (although we didn't speak) and she often watches you on Insta. Get well soon and keep on crimping.

You were such a huge inspiration for me coming back from my Triad a couple years ago! It's been so amazing seeing your perspective and watching you crush. Good luck with recovery, I know you'll kill it again 💪

It was a treat to get to watch you climb at the comp. Sucks that the day ended that way. Looking forward to seeing you rehabbed and back on the wall! ?? ?♀️????
