Working out is never easy. Pushing your body beyond where it wants to go is never easy. Finding the motivation is the hardest thing for us all but you have to find it somehow someday. I’m still working on my fitness. I have good and bad days, days I don’t want to workout and days I do. But consistency is key. So where ever you are, let’s get that workout in and don’t give up as you can be and look however you want if you work for it💪🏾

suetizmo No pain No gain. I don’t train to the level you do Lewis but at 54 yrs I feel pretty fit and healthy. When I see others my age huffing and puffing when walking up stairs or struggling to walk around the racing circuits it makes it all worthwhile. Fitness and long term health and mobility is so important. Keep it up for your career but even when it’s done it’s equally important to keep it up to some level for you future health and improved lifestyle. 👍

nat_heath Totally agree Lewis. I’m on my own fitness journey that’s teaching me so much about myself and my body. It’s an ever evolving process that’s not always easy but worthwhile things rarely are. As long as we keep putting ourselves first, pushing to the edge of the comfort zone and practicing self-love, we will get there! It’s impossible not to.
